 Equipment needed for Girls Lacrosse

Girls Lacrosse Stick (possibly cut in length a little by coaches later)

Ball*

Goggles (preferably wire ones)

Cleats

Mouth Guard (needs to be colored) - if you have a doctor/dentist recommendation for a more specialized mouthguard, please follow their advice.  Otherwise, please find a colored rubberized plastic mouthguard that is formed by dunking into hot water and then having your daughter bite down ($1-3) - see instructions.

Girls Lax Gloves - optional (for really cold days!)
