Our mission: 
To teach the game of lacrosse and instill a love for the game.

To empower girls through building their confidence and skill level.

To teach sportsmanship and what it means to be a team player.

To stress the importance of living a healthy life style through physical activity and positive mentoring in a safe and fun environment.


Girls are encouraged to join at any age!  There is the opportunity for skill development through grade 5.  Travel teams are for grades 3 through 8.
