Girls 1/2 Lacrosse Program - Skills Development

8 Sessions in the Spring at Andrew’s Park, Friday's, 6:15-7:15pm, on the following dates: 

3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 6/2  (make-up 6/9 if needed)

Program cost: $120 per player & includes a reversible jersey

This program is run in town and is a great way to introduce girls to lacrosse in a fun and positive environment!

The core focus of the program will be on learning the basic skills of the sport - throwing, catching, ground balls, cradling and more.

After a couple of weeks the girls will be able to play informal scrimmages and learn some general concepts of the game, things like field layout, positions, where to line-up, simple rules & playing with teammates.

Parent Volunteers Are Needed!!  No prior lacrosse experience is necessary, we help with coach’s training.

During registration, please consider checking the volunteer box to help coach!  MYL depends on parent coaches throughout the girls’ youth program, up through 8th grade. So why not jump in now and learn the game with your daughters – we promise, you’ll both love it!!
